You are about to tell this app what you are building and why it matters. That is not small. Here is exactly what happens to it, in plain words.

What I collect

Your email address and a display name, so you have an account to come back to. Everything you type or say while building a pitch, saved to your account so you can reopen it later. That includes the whole conversation, not just the final board. If you pay, I keep your Stripe customer number and nothing else about your card. Card details never reach my servers.

What signing in with Google tells me

Your email address and the name on your Google account. That is the whole list. I do not ask for and cannot see your Gmail, your Drive, your contacts, your calendar or your photos.

Talking instead of typing

Your browser does the listening, not me. In Chrome the browser sends the audio to Google to turn into text, and hands back the text. I never receive the audio, so I cannot record it or keep it. If you would rather not have audio leave your machine, type instead. Every question can be typed, and nothing is lost by choosing that.

Who else sees your words

Building a pitch means sending what you said to a few companies that do one job each. Each gets what that job needs and no more.

• Anthropic runs the model that asks you the questions and checks your numbers. It sees the conversation.
• Google runs the model that draws the board. It sees the short description of what to draw, not your transcript.
• Supabase holds the database and the login. Your rows sit on servers in Oregon, in the United States.
• Vercel serves the site itself.
• Stripe takes the payment if you buy a plan.
• Resend sends the account emails, like confirming your address or resetting a password.

I do not sell your words and I do not hand them to anyone else. What each of those companies does with what it receives is set by its own terms.

Who can see your work here

You, and me. I am Aya, and I built this. The lock is in the database rather than in the app, so a bug in a page cannot open someone else's pitch. I can read accounts to answer a support question and to find where the method breaks down. No other person has access. Nothing is shared between founders, and nothing carries from one project to another.

If you use the contact form

I keep what you wrote and the address you gave for a reply, so the message does not vanish if the email fails to send. I also keep a scrambled version of your network address, which exists only to stop one person flooding the form, and cannot be turned back into the address itself.

What I do not do

There is no analytics, no ad tracker and no third party cookie anywhere on this site. Nobody is following you here from somewhere else, and I am not sending you anywhere else.

What sits in your browser

Your login, so you stay signed in, and a working copy of the pitch you are building right now, which your browser drops when you close the tab. That is all of it.

Keeping it and deleting it

I keep your pitches until you delete them or ask me to. Email hello@pitchnarrative.com and I will delete your account and everything attached to it. You can also ask for a copy of what I hold.

If this changes

The date at the top changes with it. If the change matters, like a new company seeing your words, I will email you rather than quietly edit the page.
